VIRENDER SEHWAG
sehwag had been woefully out of form coming in to ipl ,but has made his mark with 484 runs at a strike-rate of 164.62, including five back-to-back fifties.
The last time he played in pune on a pitch where others struggled, he had scored 87 not out in just 48 balls.
GAUTHAM GAMBIR
There's been huge gulf in the number of runs scored by gambhir and the rest of the batting line-up.
In current form, if there's anyone who can match sehwag shot
for shot, it's this diminutive south-paw.
his performance on tuesday would be crucial for kkr.
